On their last day, we finally came and saw Pat in action! :)

We went on to eat at PF Chang’s on Pat’s advice. :)

We were right to take her tip.

We were welcomed by their friendly and attentive staff. :) Since we were all hungry, we were quick to pick out what to order. Luckily, our food came as fast as we ordered them! :)

Crispy honey shrimp. —I don’t know if you have noticed, but when we’re having Chinese or Japanese, we can’t be without shrimp. :))

Northern style spare ribs. —This was a revelation! We will definitely be coming back for this and more! Super tender and scrumptious! We’ll be preparing our tummies before we return. :)))

This day was fun and an adventure! Yay for this day! :D

Aww.. our little sister’s about to march and graduate soon! Look how excited she is to be prepped up into a lady! Hahaha

Erika was so amazed with her hair and make up, when she napped, she sat upright so as not to ruin her look! *too precious* Hihihi

Since we enjoy adventures, we decided to go into this one:

and started to order our preferred (Katsu) dishes.

After ordering, my eyes were fixated at the wall..

They then taught us how to get the aroma and oil out of the sesame seeds manually by grinding it in this intricately designed sauce bowl.

This goes well with the Katsu sauce of course.

And then our dishes were served…

Erika’s (tiger prawn) Tempura,

and our

Pork tonkatsu! Ice and I ordered the same dish. haha

When our orders arrived, the only word that came out of our mouth was WOW!

The tray was complete from appetizer to dessert! Our Yabu experience was different from all the other restaurants that offer Katsu dishes. It’s a good kind of different, because it set the bar quite high for us to enjoy Katsus anywhere else (in the Philippine setting at least). Also, the manager and crew were so kind and accommodating to each of the customers. They really make sure you get only the best service. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Yabu: Delicious and worth the money indeed! :D
